The ancient science which is called Aromatherapy has an origin of more than sixty centuries old. It deals with the smart applications of basic oils extracted from resins, herbs, trees, and flowers as well. These oils are distinguished with the properties of healing and cleansing. They enhance mood too. Recently, people are craving to back to old ways to maintain equilibrium. They are stressed of the modern life results. These results are represented in weak body and bad-healthy as well. Of course this results from that way of quick food, lack of suitable exercises, excessive pollution, etc It is better to use Aromatherapy as a treatment of skin problems. Some caution is desired to avoid using oils without diluting. It is important to practice some aromatherapy skin care exercises. By pouring 3 – 5 drops of the important oils to the hot water, with one spoon of honey or milk. They called that the facial steam, which give some relax if it is breathed.
There is another way of aromatherapy skin care that maintains the face toned and fresh. Moistened clay, egg white, or honey mashed avocado can be mixed with 2 – 3 drops of main oils. Another smart way of aromatherapy skin care is skin brushing. It assists in refreshing and stimulating the lymphatic system. To show the easy way, it must mix a drop of the basic oils with a little spoon full of honey. Then, it can apply the mixture on the face using the skin brush.
Selected suitably and used carefully, essential oils – being natural, safe and effective – can work wonder to the body and spirit even where other methods have not been fruitful. Aromatherapy has even been used successfully for treating traumatic cases. One should, however, ascertain the quality as a large number of cheap chemical copies of essential oils are also available in the market.
